Charged twice for Gamepass subscription

I have renewed my subscription to Gamepass but have been charged twice within 1 minute. How do I claim a refund on one of the subscriptions? I tried all the self-help through the website and Q&A but am being sent around in circles. If someone has a link or step by step guidance, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
