My Microsoft 365 purchase is not in my subscriptions, and I have only the order number received from Microsoft

I received and paid for my renewal for Microsoft 365, which has never actually been on my account. I checked in my Microsoft account Subscriptions, and it is not there. I have an order number, but I am unable to redeem my product key with my order number.

Greetings!

This is Tin, I'll do my best to help. When you purchase MS Office 365 subscriptions from MS Store, usually it doesn't include Product key anymore, it will automatically associated with your MS Account.

If you have a Product key, you may try to redeem it from https://office.com/setup

You can also check your purchase from this link https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

To check your subscription to make sure that it's already active, you may check it from https://account.microsoft.com/services.

In case you really can't find your subscription on your account. It would be best to reach the MS Accounts & Billing Support:

Kindly open this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Ensure that your MS Account has been signed in

Type "Chat with an agent" and hit Enter.

Please click the "Contact support"

Please select the "Products and services"

Please follow the prompts to connect with a live agent.

You may also choose the "Call me back" option if you prefer to receive a call.

Once you're connected to the Live Agent, please let them know about your issue so they could check your account and address your concern.

Thank you,

Christine L

If your Microsoft 365 purchase is not appearing in your subscriptions despite having an order number, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Check Your Email: Ensure that the order confirmation email was sent to the correct email address associated with your Microsoft account.
    2. Sign In to the Correct Account: Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft account that you used to make the purchase. Sometimes users have multiple accounts and may inadvertently check the wrong one.
    3. Contact Support: Since you have an order number, it may be beneficial to contact Microsoft Support for assistance. They can help you verify the order and troubleshoot why it is not showing in your subscriptions. You can find support options here.
    4. Redeem Product Key: If you have a product key associated with your purchase, you can try redeeming it directly through the Microsoft 365 setup page. If you encounter issues, refer to the instructions for entering a product key.

If the issue persists, reaching out to Microsoft Support will likely provide the most direct resolution.
