Hello,

If your subscription was purchased via Best Buy, you would need to manage the subscription via them. Microsoft explains it here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/manage-your-microsoft-365-subscription-purchased-through-a-third-party-44749f45-4c0b-5d41-a73f-7634b8d2a763

However, if this subscription is canceld and also expired, you are free to sign up directly with Microsoft. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/buy/compare-all-microsoft-365-products-b
