Hello Wistrom,
Thank you for posting question on Microsoft Windows Forum.
Well! You can verify a Microsoft-related purchase that was made using a personal credit card by following the below suggested steps.
1.Check your email receipts.
- Microsoft usually sends a confirmation email to the account associated with the purchase. Search your inbox for terms like “Microsoft,” “MSFT,” “Office,” “Azure,” or “subscription.”
2.Check The Credit Card Statement.
- Purchases from Microsoft often appear as MSFT or Microsoft followed by the service name like MSFT Office 365. Match the charge with the invoice from your Microsoft account.
3.Review Your Microsoft Account Billing History.
- Go to Microsoft account billing https://account.microsoft.com/services. Sign in with the account used for the purchase. Under Services & subscriptions, you will see active services and past purchases. You can also download invoices for each transaction.
4.Use The "Investigate" Tool.
- Microsoft has a specific tool to look up charges using just your credit card details, even if you are not sure which account was used. Go to the Microsoft Manage Payments page. Sign in with any Microsoft account you own. Look for the "Investigate" button or link. Add the card information for the card that was charged. This will allow you to see all transactions made with that card across the Microsoft ecosystem (personal and business) for the last 60 days.
