Hi there - I am trying to resubcribe to my MS 365 Personal Subsciption. My issue is that when trying to pay the counrty code is set to the United States by default and I cannot change this. This means that I am being asked to select a US state and my UK postcode is not accepted.

The renewal price is shown in USA dollars.

I have deleted and reentered my method of payment. I have tried 3 different internet platforms.

How do I chage the default country?

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

If you’ve switched countries, you will need to cancel your previous subscription purchased in your old country and subscribe again using your new payment details in your new country.

To change your country or region settings in your Microsoft account, go to the link below and sign in:

https://account.microsoft.com/profile (open the link in an incognito/private browsing window).

Check that the Language, Country or region, and Regional formats are set correctly.

Next, go to the Address book section to update your shipping address: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/addresses

Once that’s done, open another incognito/private browsing window, go to the link below, sign in with your Microsoft account (top-right corner), and purchase the Microsoft 365 Personal or Family subscription:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/buy/compare-all-microsoft-365-products

Click Buy now and add your payment details to subscribe to Microsoft 365 again.

Copy and paste all the links into incognito/private browsing tabs.
