If the Pay Now button is not working on the subscriptions page, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check Browser Issues: Sometimes, browser-related issues can prevent buttons from functioning properly. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, or use a different browser or an incognito/private mode to see if that resolves the issue.
  2. Payment Method Issues: Since your previous payment was denied by your bank, ensure that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. You may want to contact your bank to verify that there are no restrictions on your card.
  3. Try Again Later: If the issue persists, it may be a temporary problem with the Microsoft services. Wait a while and try again later.
  4. Use Alternative Payment Methods: If the Pay Now button continues to be unresponsive, consider using a different payment method if available, or check if you can pay through the Microsoft 365 admin center by following the steps outlined in the payment methods management documentation.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
