Issue with Microsoft Rewards – Roblox Gift Card Code Invalid

Hello,

I am experiencing an unresolved issue with a Roblox Digital Card code I received through Microsoft Rewards.

Code (partially hidden for security): RAPVK-XXXXX-XXXXX

Order Date: December 23, 2025

Reward: Roblox Digital Card – 400 Robux

Previous Ticket Numbers: 7094192926, 7095321964

When I try to redeem this code at roblox.com/redeem, I consistently receive an “Invalid Code” error. I have already:

  • Cleared cache and tried different browsers/devices
  • Verified that my Microsoft and Roblox accounts are set to the same region
  • Contacted Roblox Support multiple times, but they redirected me back to Microsoft
  • Submitted two support tickets to Microsoft Rewards, but the issue remains unresolved

I kindly request that this case be escalated and the code verified, or a replacement issued if necessary. I can provide the full code and screenshots privately if required.

    Update: Microsoft Rewards refunded the points, and I was able to redeem a new Roblox gift card successfully. The new code worked without issues.
