My Bing rewards account says it's been suspended. I have not done anything wrong. It glitched one time and then I got the message my account had been suspended. How do I get my account back working? I am 74 years old and I enjoyed my Bing rewards account. Thanks for any help.

Hi,

I see that your Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended. The most common reason for a rewards account ban is a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement: https://www.microsoft.com/servicesagreement/

If you believe this is a mistake, the only way to appeal is to contact Microsoft Rewards support directly by filling out this form. https://rewards.bing.com/support

Fill out the form completely and ensure that you provide all necessary information in a single submission to help them better understand the issue.

Please note that their response time is typically 24 hours, but it may take longer depending on the volume of tickets they are receiving. Thank you.

If your Bing Rewards account has been suspended, you can take the following steps to try to restore it:

    1. Check Your Account Status: Ensure that your account information is complete and up to date.
    2. Contact Microsoft Rewards Support: You can reach out to Microsoft Rewards Support for assistance. To do this, sign in with your Microsoft account, go to the Bing Rewards Support page, and select "Contact Microsoft Rewards Support" to fill out the form.
    3. Use the Microsoft Virtual Agent: Alternatively, you can visit the Microsoft Support page, type "Microsoft Rewards account suspended," and follow the prompts to chat with a support agent.

These steps should help you address the suspension of your account and hopefully get it reinstated.
