Hi @Dejan Strbad,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
I understand you’re trying to activate Windows 11 Pro on your new laptop and you’re seeing error 0xC004C003. This error typically means Windows activation has rejected the current key/license attempt (for example, the key is not valid for this edition/device, is blocked, or the Pro entitlement isn’t being detected).
Because digital licenses are tied to a device’s hardware, moving to a new laptop may require reactivation. If your Pro license is a Retail license and it was linked to your Microsoft account, you can usually reactivate using the built-in Activation Troubleshooter after signing in with the same Microsoft account. Microsoft also recommends ensuring the digital license is linked to your Microsoft account before/when reactivating after a hardware change.
If the troubleshooter cannot locate the Pro entitlement (for example, the previous device doesn’t appear in the selection list or activation still fails), then contacting Microsoft Support (to reach a live support agent, visit https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, sign in, select Windows, then follow the prompts to start chat or request a callback (if available in your region) is the right next step, and they may request proof of purchase (such as Microsoft Order History / receipt) to verify eligibility.
What to provide Support to speed things up:
Error code: 0xC004C003
The Microsoft account used for the Pro purchase/license
Whether the license was Retail (purchased separately) or OEM (preinstalled)
Proof of purchase / order details (if applicable)
Current Windows edition shown in Settings > System > Activation
Once the correct entitlement is recognized (or corrected by Support if needed), Windows should activate normally.
Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
