Outlook limit on sending emails?

I have purchased a new lap top with Windows 365. I successfully set up a new Outlook account and an outlook email address. I sent two emails yesterday and on the third I got a message that I had surpassed the limit of emails to send. Today when trying to send the saved draft, I got the same message and have not sent any mail today, never had this before from other providers for sure. How do I resolve this issue?

Hi! The limit is usually time-based, for example, it can reset after 24 hours, and can also be triggered by rapid sending, sending the same text to multiple recipients, adding many links/attachments, or if Microsoft detects unusual sign-in/location activity.

First, wait for the cooldown and then try again; in the meantime, make sure your account security is fully verified: sign in at account.microsoft.com > Security and confirm your phone number/recovery email, enable 2-step verification if available
