What access do i need to request to enable me to see just my project in suppliers ADO f

Third party supplier carry out our testing - i want to request access to be able to see the following just for our organisational projects.

I want to be able to access the below so I can create dashboards, view backlogs, Test plan.

is there a view only access which would restrict me from any edit but still allow me to create dashboards/reports on test plan

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

You need to have at least basic access to view Dashboards and Test Plans.

You can be part of Readers group to view work item and

Dashboards settings are managed at the Project Team/Group level.

Create a new Team and add yourself as a member:

Visit > Azure Devops Project Settings > Teams > New Team > Keep Permissions Column as blank > Add yourself as Member > Click on Create.

After the Team is created > Select Dashboards in Project Settings > Select your newly created team from above like below and disable the Edit dashboard and Delete Dashboard toggle:

If you are part of default team or other team which has Edit Dashboard and Delete Dashboard toggle enabled, Remove yourself from that Team.

You can be part of Readers Group to view Work Item and Test plans:

To just view Test Plan, you can set the settings below in Project Permissions for your user:

The Readers group has the View Test runs to allow by default so, being part of Readers group will help you view the test plans and work item.
