    Don't bother with Repair Now, which runs a Quick Repair, which rarely helps. Instead, perform a full online repair following the instructions at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/repair-an-office-application-7821d4b6-7c1d-4205-aa0e-a6b40c5bb88b

    Hi!

    Let me help you with this issue with Microsoft Word.

    Please close all Microsoft Applications that are currently open and then follow the steps below to run the quick repair.

    Press Win + R

    Type:

    appwiz.cpl

    Press Enter

    Select Microsoft 365 / Office

    Click Change

    Choose Quick Repair

    Click Repair

    Restart your PC when finished
