Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

To help narrow down the issue:

  1. Is this a personal, Family, or Business Microsoft 365 subscription?
  2. Does the reminder appear on all devices or just one?

In the meantime, if you haven’t already:

This usually happens when Microsoft 365 is still seeing cached or mismatched billing info. Here are a few things I’d suggest checking:

  • Sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services and make sure your Microsoft 365 subscription shows as Active with no payment alerts.
  • Make sure you're signed in with the same Microsoft account that the subscription is linked to.
  • Then, open any Office app (like Word or Excel), go to File > Account, and click "Update License" to refresh your subscription status.
  • If the issue still persists, please sign out and sign back in. In Word or Excel, sign out completely, close the app, reopen it, then sign back in. This forces the app to refresh the license.

If the issue persists, please provide more details by answering my questions.
