Azure VPN Gateway Site to Site Connection Pricing

I am curious about the charges for the VPN gateway in azure . Can someone clarify for me the charges for a VPN gateway having S2S with my on prem and the traffic is used for replicating a VM from onPrem to Azure . So inbound traffic ( traffic entering azure from my on prem) is completely free? what about the traffic leaving my azure to my on prem (outbound)? and does it differ from region to region?

For traffic between Azure and the public internet, the pricing works as follows:

Inbound Traffic (Internet → Azure): Inbound data coming from the internet into Azure is free of charge.

Outbound Traffic (Azure → Internet): Outbound data leaving Azure to the internet is chargeable. These charges are based on Azure’s standard outbound (egress) data transfer rates and vary by Azure region and volume of data transferred.
