Hi,

I'm unable to pair my hearing aids to my computer via bluetooth. My iphone connects fine. Sometimes it asks me to retry the connection but always without success. Many thanks for any advice provided.

Can you right click on your Windows Settings > BLuetooth & devices > Devices. Scroll down a bit, in the "Device settings" section, do you see "Use LE Audio when available", if so, make sure it is turned on.

If you cannot find this option, it means your computer is currently not compatitable.

To connect your hearing aids to your Windows 11 computer via Bluetooth, you can follow these steps:

    1. Ensure Bluetooth is Enabled: Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on your Windows 11 computer. You can check this in the Settings app under Devices.
    2. Put Hearing Aids in Pairing Mode: Refer to the manufacturer's instructions for your hearing aids to ensure they are in pairing mode. This usually involves turning them on and possibly pressing a specific button.
    3. Add Bluetooth Device: Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices. Click on Add Bluetooth or other device and select Bluetooth. Your computer should start searching for available devices.
    4. Select Your Hearing Aids: When your hearing aids appear in the list of devices, select them to initiate the pairing process. Follow any on-screen instructions that may appear.
    5. Troubleshooting: If the connection fails, try restarting both your computer and your hearing aids. Also, ensure that your hearing aids are not connected to any other device (like your iPhone) during the pairing process.

If you continue to experience issues, it may be helpful to check for any updates for your Bluetooth drivers or refer to the support documentation for your specific hearing aids.
