How do I reach live chat? It is supposed to be available but I cannot get to it.
Is live chat available to an individual home user of Windows 11?

Option 1: Microsoft Support website

  1. Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support  
  2. Type Contact in the search box.  
  3. Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support or sign in to contact support below.
  4. Choose the suitable options and click Confirm.
  5. You may choose to chat with a support representative or request a call back.  

Option 2: Get Help app in Windows 11

  1. Press Start, search for Get Help, and open the app.
  2. Describe the issue to the virtual agent and continue through the steps.
  3. You’ll be offered Chat or Request a callback.
