Custom domain is associated with another Entra tenant

Hi, someone at my org at some point associated our custom domain with an Entra tenant we no longer have access to. I believe that is why Entra is failing the TXT record check for our domain when trying to add our custom domain (we have added the requested DNS TXT record). How can I get our domain transferred to our new/active Entra tenant?

The issue relates to an unable to verify custom domain name as it is verified in different directory in Azure.

To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
