Hello,

This is definitely scam. This version of scams has been going around for the last few weeks. Microsoft doesn't just terminate your account like that. Scammers of this version typically are using free email service like aol.com to send these emails.

Hi! Let me help you with this issue.

This is most likely a phishing scam. Microsoft doesn’t usually send emails that pressure you to click a link or warn that your account will be disabled if you don’t act right away. Messages like this are often meant to scare you into clicking a fake link and entering your login details. To be safe, don’t click anything in the email; please go directly to account.microsoft.com and check if there are any real alerts on your account. If there’s nothing there, you can ignore the email and mark it as spam.
