Error code 0x80070070 shows up when Windows does not have enough free space to finish an installation. Even if the installer looks small, Windows still needs extra room for temp files, backups, and other system stuff.
The good thing is fixing this usually just means clearing some space. here a simple way to free some space :
Empty your Recycle Bin
Remove files you do not need
Use Windows Disk Cleanup
Move big files to another place
last resort is Upgrade your hard drive if needed
Extra tips to avoid this error next time Do regular cleanups, turn on Storage Sense so Windows can remove temp files for you, and keep an eye on your disk usage once in a while. And of course, always back up your important stuff before deleting anything.
