I passed the DP-100 certification, but I’m unable to access Credly to claim the badge. It seems the badge was never generated. Could you please check and re-issue it?

I passed the DP-100 exam one week ago.

The certification is visible on Microsoft Learn, but the badge was never issued to Credly.

I never received any Credly email and cannot access the badge.

Please re-issue or sync the badge with Credly.

Microsoft stopped using Credly for certifications a couple of years ago. All certifications are managed on Microsoft Learn.

If you have passed the DP-100 certification and the badge has not been issued to Credly, there are a few steps you can take:

    1. Check Your Email: Ensure that you check your spam or junk folders for any emails from Microsoft (mscert@microsoft.com) or Credly regarding your badge.
    2. Create an Account on Credly: If you haven't received an email, you can create an account on the Acclaim platform (now provided by Credly) using the same email address that Microsoft has on file for you. This may allow you to claim your badge manually.
    3. Contact Support: If you still cannot access your badge, reach out to Credly’s support team for assistance. They can help verify your account and the status of your badge issuance.

Unfortunately, I cannot re-issue or sync the badge myself, but following these steps should help you resolve the issue.
