The issue you're experiencing with your PDF conversion in Word, where it appears as characters or in another language, may be related to unsupported characters in your document. Certain characters or sets of characters can cause problems during the export process, leading to unexpected results in the PDF file.
To troubleshoot this, you can check if your document contains any unsupported characters, such as the less than (<) or greater than (>) symbols, which can affect the export. Additionally, ensure that the text in your document is set to the correct language, as language attributes can also influence how the document is processed.
If the problem persists, consider performing a repair on Microsoft Office or checking for any updates that might resolve the issue.
