Hi All
My daughter has got a memory_management 0x1A error on a Lenovo Yoga Pro 7.
I am trying to recover the bitlocker key but cant find it anywhere. So tried to reload Windows 11 via a USB but it won't let me as I don't have the bitlocker key. I seem to be stuck in a loop at the moment and don't know what to do next.
Any help would be appreciated.

If you are doing a clean install from the USB key, you shouldn't need the bitlocker key.
Make sure you boot the USB drive from BIOS, and choose t he install option > custom install.
When prompted to select location to install, you want to delete every partition until they merge into one unallocated space, then select that to install.

If you don't want to use bitlocker again to avoid future issue, you can turn it off.
Type bitlocker in the search on the taskbar to launch its settings page and turn it off from there. The turning off process can take time depending on the size of the disk, please make sure you allow it to finish.
