how to download microsoft office 365 from subscription with multiple installs

My wife has a Microsoft 0ffice 365 subscription that allows multiple installs. I followed the online instructions and went to https://www.office.com to try to download one of the installs. I opened my wife's Microsoft account using her username and password. When her Microsoft account opened, the Chatbot popped up. There was NO Install Office button in the upper-right corner. I tried using the Chatbot to figure out how to install one of the extra Office installs, but it sent me back to the online instructions. The Chatbot was NO help. Can you help me figure out how to download one of the extra Office 365 installs onto my laptop computer from my wife's Microsoft account?

    Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

    Only if your wife's subscription is Microsoft 365 Family or Premium can it be installed for multiple people. A Microsoft 365 Personal subscription, while eligible for installation on multiple computers, is legal only for the original subscriber. That person can install it on all their devices but it cannot be shared with another person.

    If she has the Family or Premium subscription, she can share it with you by sending you an invitation. You accept that invitation and then you can install it on your device under your account.     It really sucks that I cannot talk to a live person to solve my Microsoft Office 365 install problem!!!!!!!!!!
