Hello

Unfortunately transfer is not possible. You would have to cancel this subscription first. Please go to https://account.live.com

Sign into your Microsoft account. Then go to Subscriptions. Click on Manage for the subscription plan you want to cancel.

Then sign up with the right account.

If this is code redeemed via purchase from third party, you would have to cancel it via the seller you purchased from. Microsoft explains it here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/manage-your-microsoft-365-subscription-purchased-through-a-third-party-44749f45-4c0b-5d41-a73f-7634b8d2a763

If you have activated your Microsoft 365 key on the wrong account, you cannot directly transfer the key to another account. However, you can follow these steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: Reach out to Microsoft Support for assistance in deactivating the key from the wrong account and reactivating it on the correct account.
    2. Check License Assignment: Ensure that the correct account has the necessary licenses assigned. You can do this by signing into the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and checking the user licenses.
    3. Remove Existing Credentials: If needed, remove any existing credentials associated with the wrong account from the Credential Manager on your device.
    4. Reinstall Microsoft 365: If the problem persists, consider uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft 365 using the correct account.

For more detailed guidance, you may refer to the Microsoft support articles related to product key issues and account management.
