Help!   I have a subscription with Microsoft, due 18.8.26.

But £84.99 was taken from my account on 18.1.26 using my old card, ending 8883.  This card was then blocked because of another fraudulent transaction and has now expired.  I did NOT make this payment.  My bank, Santander, tell me I have to take this up with Microsoft.  Please re-imburse me.

    Hello @Rosemary Nash

    I hope you're doing well 😊

First, please go check your Microsoft account quickly: https://account.microsoft.com/services

    • Just see if there’s a Microsoft subscription showing there.

Then please check your orders here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    • Look for the £84.99 charge so you know which account it’s tied to.

If you see the subscription, turn off recurring billing right away so it doesn’t happen again.

If you can’t see the charge in your Microsoft account, or something doesn’t look right, the best thing to do is talk to a real person - they can assist you with refunds.

You can contact Microsoft support here: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

Hope this helps, and if you get stuck or need help with any of the steps, feel free to come back and share an update.

    Best regards,
    Samuel
