Microsoft notes that ink offset in OneNote for the web often relates to browser zoom, browser version, or input drivers. Set your browser zoom to 100 percent. Update Microsoft Edge or Chrome to the latest version. Clear browser cache, then restart the browser. If you use a pen or touch device, install the latest Windows updates under Settings, Windows Update. If the issue continues, test in another supported browser or sign out and back in at onenote.com.
