Hello,

Do you mean everything is black and white?

Can you go to Settings > Accessibility, make sure Color Filters is not turned on, and then make sure High Contrast is set to None?

If you've lost all color on your Acer laptop running Windows, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Display Settings: Go to Settings > System > Display and ensure that your color settings are configured correctly. Make sure that the color profile is set to the default.
    2. Update Graphics Drivers: Outdated or corrupted graphics drivers can cause display issues. Check for updates for your graphics driver through Device Manager or the manufacturer's website.
    3. Adjust Color Quality: Sometimes, the color quality setting may be set incorrectly. You can change this by right-clicking on the desktop, selecting Display settings, and then checking the advanced display settings to adjust the color quality.
    4. Check for Accessibility Settings: Ensure that any color filters or accessibility settings that might affect color display are turned off. Go to Settings > Ease of Access > Color filters and make sure they are disabled.
    5. Reset Display Settings: If the above steps do not work, consider resetting your display settings to default. This can often resolve unexpected display issues.
    6. Run Windows Troubleshooter: Use the built-in Windows troubleshooter for display issues. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters and select the troubleshooter for display.

If none of these solutions work, you may want to consult Acer's support or consider performing a system restore to a point when the color display was functioning correctly.
