I need assistence on merging my certification

Hello Community,

I recently passed the MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams exam, but I mistakenly logged in using a different Outlook account (******@outlook.com) while registering for and completing the exam.

I already have an existing certification profile under my original account (******@outlook.com), where all my previous Microsoft certifications are available.

I would like to consolidate my certifications under my original account. Could someone please guide me on the process to transfer the MS-700 certification to my existing profile?

Please let me know what details are required to proceed.

    Here’s how you can proceed: 

    1. Log into your school/work account (Profile B) and add the personal profile from which you want to transfer your information (Profile A). This migrates your certification and training progress from A to B. Wait until the confirmation green banner is displayed. 
    2. Now, remove your previous personal profile you just added (Profile A) (Settings > Login account Management > Linked accounts > Remove). This separates the accounts, but the contents transfer remains intact. 

    Log into your main, preferred Learn Profile (Profile C) and add Profile B. This transfers your certification and training progress from the work Learn Profile to your preferred Learn Profile. 

    (Optional) If you wish, you can you remove your school/work account profile. 

    This method uses the school/work Learn Profile as a bridge to transfer content between personal accounts. 

    Note: If you don’t currently have access to a school/work Learn Profile, the transfer cannot be completed. In that case, we recommend continuing to use the profile that contains your certifications for future exams or using your preferred profile for new certifications and managing progress across both profiles.
