Being charged for a non existent subscription

Hello, Please could someone point me in the right direction of someone who can look into this issue for me? I have spent a lot of time on the online help chat and have got nowhere. I am paying for a subscription that does not exist and cannot cancel. I am very frustrated and don't know how to move forward and fix.

Do you have other accounts? If so, have you checked them?

If you can't locate the charges on any Microsoft account, it's possible your credit card has been compromised. In that case, you should contact your credit card company to open a dispute case.

If you find the transaction in your orders, you can check your eligibility for a refund at this link;

Hi jonathan, thanks for your reply. The problem is that when I go to my billing or orders it says I have 0 subscriptions and 0 orders so I am really stuck.
