Hello, I am a student of Albert Ludwigs University Freiburg, Germany and have been trying for 2 weeks to sign up for this offer. My university email can not be verified so I have been opting for 'Try another verification method' option but after I add all details and the verification document, it says 'Something went wrong, please try after some time or contact support.' When i tried to contact support, they directed me to this help page where I saw another person's query which was similar, it was suggested there to use the USA website which i tried in incognito mode but it returned the same error. As the deadline for this offer is so close, i would really like to receive any solution for it. Thankyou!

Hi,Mahrosh

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

First, please kindly wait 24 hours before attempting the alternative verification again and please not that it must be a complete 24 hours, not simply until “next day” to ensure any cooldowns expire.

After 24 hours, please kindly try again. You can try using Upload documentary proof, instead of the other methods. If you ever received a false error message, the human review process may be more reliable. Please click the link for “Use a different method” and then click the link for “Upload documentary proof

Note: Kindly enter their personal (non-EDU) email address, not your school email in the Profile section - email address.

Thank you for your understanding and please let me know if you need any further assistance

It seems you are experiencing issues with verifying your university email to access the Microsoft 365 Premium Offer for Students. Here are a few suggestions:

    1. Check Eligibility: Ensure that Albert Ludwigs University Freiburg is listed as a Microsoft Qualified Academic Institution. If your university is not eligible, you may not be able to access the offer.
    2. Alternative Verification Methods: Since you mentioned trying different verification methods, ensure that all the documents you provide are clear and meet the requirements specified by Microsoft.
    3. Contact Support Again: If the problem persists, it might be beneficial to reach out to Microsoft Support directly for assistance. They may be able to provide more specific guidance regarding your account and verification issues.
    4. Try Different Browsers or Networks: Sometimes, using a different browser or network can help resolve technical issues. You might want to try accessing the verification page from a different device or internet connection.
    5. Patience with the Process: Given that you have been trying for two weeks, it may also be worth waiting a bit longer and attempting the verification process again, as technical issues can sometimes be temporary.

If you continue to face difficulties, please keep trying to contact support for further assistance.
