Hello support team,
I recently discovered that someone had unauthorized access to my Minecraft account. About a day ago, my Minecraft username and skin were changed, and an unknown application was connected to my account.

After noticing this, I immediately changed the password to my Microsoft account to secure it. However, it appears that the person who accessed my account may still be logged in on their device and can still access my Minecraft account.

For security reasons, I would like to request that my Minecraft account be logged out from all devices and sessions. I would also appreciate it if you could remove any unknown or unauthorized applications connected to my account.

Thank you for your help.

Hello, I'm Quinn and here to help!

Since your account is likely a Microsoft account, I recommend securing it by signing out of all devices. Here’s how:

  1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/security and sign in.
  2. Click View my sign-in activity to check for any suspicious logins. Remove or review anything unusual.
  3. Go back and select Manage how I sign in.
  4. Scroll down and choose Sign out everywhere to log out of all devices and sessions. (Make sure you can still access your account before doing this.)
  5. Change your password again to ensure full security.
  6. Turn on Two-step verification for extra protection.
  7. Review your Devices list and remove any unknown devices.

After completing these steps:

  • Anyone accessing your account will be signed out.
  • If your password was changed, they will not be able to log back in.

If you want to get in touch with Microsoft Support

  1. Go to https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
  2. Type Contact Support in the chat box.
  3. Click Get Help.
  4. Scroll down and click Contact Support.
  5. In Products and Services, choose Other Products.
  6. In Category, choose Billing and Account Profile questions.
  7. Click Confirm, and choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
