Since you mentioned it is both of your account that you are using, I suggest to sign in to the adult or organizer account to remove all restrictions on the child account first as only the adult/organizer account can make changes to its members.
If there is an adult or organizer account present, please have the adult account remove restrictions on your account via https://account.microsoft.com/family page, You may also follow the Microsoft guide here to resolve this:
Once you have removed everything using the parent account, that would be the only time you can remove the other account from the family page. I hope this helps.
