In Dynamics 365 Sales, opportunities (including their KPI data) can be exported to Excel from a view.

To export an Excel file of opportunities:

1. Open Dynamics 365 Sales and go to the Opportunities area (or a view that lists opportunity-related data, such as Opportunity KPI Items if using Relationship Analytics).
2. If working with KPI data, go to Advanced Find:
   • In Look for, select Opportunity KPI Items.
   • In Use Saved View, choose an existing view or create a new one.
   • Use Edit Columns to choose the columns to include, then select Results to display the data.
3. In the command bar of the results grid (or the Opportunities list), select the Export to Excel option.
4. Choose the desired export type (for example, a static Excel file) and confirm. A workbook (.xlsx or .csv depending on the option) is generated and downloaded.

The exported file will contain the opportunity data (or opportunity KPI data) as shown in the view. Administrators can control whether users are allowed to export to Excel via security roles.
