Hi Eddie Fay,
Microsoft has centralized certification management under the Microsoft Learn platform, and transcripts are now available through the Certification Dashboard.
Here is the official Microsoft link:
Once you sign in with the Microsoft account you used for your exams, you’ll be able to view your certifications, download your transcript, and share it with employers or colleagues. If you encounter issues, Microsoft Certification Support is accessible directly from that dashboard page and can help merge older MCSE records into your current profile.
For additional reference, Microsoft Learn also provides guidance on certification management here:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/certifications I hope the response provided some helpful insight. If it clarified the issue for you, please consider marking it as Accept Answer so others with the same issue can find the solution.
