You can add email addresses to your Microsoft Learn profile

https://learn.microsoft.com/training/support/learn-profile-manage#add-login-accounts-to-your-learn-profile

Also ensure that you set the email address for communications on https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/settings

To change the email associated with Microsoft Learn, update the Contact Email in Microsoft Learn profile settings.

    1. Select the profile icon in the top-right corner of the Microsoft Learn site.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Under Manage email preferences, update the contact email to the address that should be associated with Microsoft Learn notifications.
    4. Select Save.

This contact email is used for Microsoft Learn notifications such as certification renewal reminders, Q&A replies, and challenge updates.

If the Microsoft account email itself needs to be changed (the sign-in address), update the aliases on the Microsoft account:

    1. Go to Manage how you sign in to Microsoft at https://account.live.com/names/manage and sign in.
    2. Choose Add email to add a new email address.
    3. Verify the new email, then select Make primary to make it the main sign-in alias.
    4. Optionally select Remove next to the old email if it should no longer be associated with the account.
