Screen turns black background with white text.

I have tried the window + ctrl + c, turn off color filters, and none for contrast themes, they still not fixed the color. When it changes to black and white, there's one row of sentence that write something like "e-reading" or what.

Thank you, I do see the problem in that screenshot, the screen is in grayscale

Open the Settings App, then go to Accessibility - Color Filters, are all options on that window disabled?

If all options were disabled in that section of the settings app, right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.

Expand the Display Adapters section, then uninstall your graphics card.

Restart your PC and check if that resolves the problem.

Go to System - Recovery.

Click the 'Reinstall Now' button in the 'Fix problems with Windows Updates' section and wait for that process to complete.

    If you have checked and no Contrast Theme or Color Filter is set in the Accessibility settings in the Settings app, then in the Settings App, go to Personalization - Color.

    In there, set 'Choose your Mode' to Custom.

    Set Windows Mode to either Dark or Light, and set App Mode to Light.

    Then check if that resolves the problem.
