How to reschedule the exam

To reschedule a Microsoft certification exam, use the Microsoft Learn profile and the exam delivery provider site.

1. Sign in to the Learn profile: go to the Learn profile and choose Profile from the avatar dropdown.
2. In the profile menu, select Credentials, then Certifications.
3. Scroll to the scheduled exam appointment and select Reschedule.
4. The browser will redirect to the exam delivery provider’s site (for example, Pearson VUE) to complete the reschedule process.

Be sure to reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam time; otherwise, the exam fee or voucher may be forfeited.
