Microsoft 365 in the "new" email, the contacts cannot be edited or deleted. I have deleted and reinstalled them program and to no avail. When I go to the classic email and try to make the switch to the new Outlook, it will not work. So, what to do?

Hello,

Do the contacts change if you edit them in Outlook on the web?

Open Outlook on the web and go to People to edit or delete the contacts. If it works there, reset the app in Settings, General, Privacy and Data, then Reset. Also remove and re-add your account in Settings, Accounts to refresh sync.
