A signing in issue

For about a year or so, my microsoft has always reloaded over and over again after trying to sign in every time or if im trying to do something in the settings. I have dealt with it for a while now because ive been able to go on without changing a setting or of that nature but im trying to delete a debit card off my account and cancel recurring billing that is being paid for with it but cant due to the reloading glitch. If it is helpful, the subscription is fortnites crew.
