Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

I understand, you want to review what you're paying for and keep only what you really need.

Let’s first get a clear picture of your current setup:

    1. Are you using a personal Microsoft account or work/school?
    2. What subscriptions do you currently see (Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Xbox, etc.)?
    3. Where are you checking this in https://account.microsoft.com/services?

For a basic setup, most users only need one of these:

    • Microsoft 365 Basic (cheapest, includes 100GB OneDrive)
    • Microsoft 365 Personal (includes Office apps + 1TB storage)

Anything beyond that is usually optional unless you specifically use it.

If you can list what you currently have, I can help you break it down and tell you what you can safely keep or remove to reduce cost.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
