Shift key not working at all

This is Tin, have you tried to use OnScreen keyboard and check if it will work from there?

To check, please click Start menu and type OnScreen then hit enter.

Let's also check if it's a driver issue:

1. Please press Windows key + X and choose device manager
2. Look for Keyboard option and expand it.
3. Please uninstall the driver and restart your device, that should be reinstalled after the reboot.

Please check if the issue persists.
