Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hi! Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with this situation. Does this happen with all PDF files, or only some of them? Could you please share a screenshot of what you see when this happens, and, if possible, another screenshot showing how it should look?
Also, please indicate whether this started recently or if it has been happening since you first configured Outlook. Have you tried using Outlook in safe mode to verify if the issue is related to add-ins? To do this, press Windows + R, type outlook.exe /safe, and press Enter. If PDF attachments open normally in Safe Mode, the issue is most likely related to an add-in or Outlook configuration.
