so ive had this controllerfor a few years. i have updated the firmware, messed with device manager with turning off it able to be turned off by pc, attempted SEVERAL TIMES to kill it from bluetooth with it giving the same remove failed error, restarting does nothing, the only way i can use it is wired to my pc which is annoying.

the controller says its paired even when off and no batteries in it.

when attempting to connect it it RAPIDLY says connected then paired as if its having a siezure with trying to connect through bluetooth.

the only thing i havent done is buy a new one

i have scoured SEVERAL posts for help but ive never seen anyone have this problem

    so this just got solved

step one get device manager open

2 go to view and select show hidden devices

3 check for any bluetooth driver on list with a triangle on it or old bluetooth drivers

    4 remove drivers
5 unpair device and repair it and you should be working
