How can I change my Legal Name in Microsoft Learn platform to match with my identification (ID)

I want to get a certification online, but my legal name is incomplete and I'm not able to complete it in my profile.

Try changing your legal name on your account on this link:

If you have an exam scheduled, then you may be blocked from changing your name and you should see an error message and a link to contact the Credentials Support to request a name change.

Hello,

If I click on https://www.aka.ms/credentialssupport it always go to Engage center and it is looks on "Support for Business". Hence, I am not able to submit any legal name change request.

Could you please help?

While updating the name, I am getting this.
"Your legal name change request will require further review. Please contact Credential Support to modify your legal name."
And, I am not sure where to reach out as this portal mentioned does not have the features

To change the Legal Name on the Microsoft Learn profile so it matches the identification used for certification exams, update it directly in the Learn profile settings and, if required, contact Credentials Support.

Sign in to the Microsoft Learn account that will be used for the exam.
Go to Settings in the Learn profile (profile icon in the top-right corner → Settings).
Under Personal info, username, and URL, locate the Legal Name section and update the name so it matches the government-issued ID.
Save the changes.

If the Legal Name cannot be edited (for example, there is a message instructing to contact support, or an exam is already scheduled/registered), follow the certification support path:

Make sure you are signed in with the same Learn profile.
Go to the Credentials Support page described under GitHub Certifications – To update your legal name.
Follow the instructions there to update the Legal Name. If the page tells you to contact Certification Support, use the provided link and file a ticket with the Microsoft Credentials Support team so they can review and correct the Legal Name for exam purposes.

The Legal Name on Microsoft Learn must match the name on the government-issued ID presented at the exam appointment. If an exam is already registered, changing the Legal Name may require explicit approval from Microsoft support.
