Cannot add Outlook email to Android Outlook app (but can add Gmail and Yahoo emails without issue)

Over the past couple of days, my Outlook email accounts have dumped all data from the Android Outlook app. I detached the accounts and attempted to reconnect them, to no avail. My Gmail and Yahoo accounts all connect without issue to the Android app. I have subsequently reinstalled the Outlook app, cleared data, cleared the cache and still have the same issue. When attempting to connect an Outlook account, I choose Add Account, type in my Outlook email (full address), press Continue, and then it jumps to a blank screen which times out in a few seconds with "Outlook isn't responding - x Close App or Wait". Looking for troubleshooting advice! Thanks in advance...
