Account mismatch between Windows 11 store and Xbox PC app

I recently had Microsoft support transfer my data such as Xbox, purchases, etc to a new email due to a hacker locking me out of my old email. I have waited the 24 hour period that they suggested, and now even after a fresh reinstall of the Xbox app, it is saying there is an account mismatch between the store and xbox app, pictures attached. The Xbox support AI is utter garbage (have always prefered person to person contact for anything) and will not give me a helpful answer, just repeatedly telling me they can't connect me to a rep for xbox sign in issues and to use the sign in helper. No route that I follow has allowed me to contact support and I responded to the email that told me to reply after the 24 hour period if I had issues but have recieved no response. There is already a Q&A post for a very similar issue but the steps I followed have not fixed the issue.User's image

I realized I did one of the T/S steps incorrectly. If you have this issue, make sure your Microsoft Store application is closed and open command prompt AS AN ADMINISTRATOR, and type in wsreset.exe, press enter and the store will open. Once this happens you want to sign in using the account you will use on the Xbox application. I also reset the Xbox app to ensure there was no conflicting data, so I suggest doing this as well. Then you should be able to sign in no problem.
