Use these steps on Windows 11 to stabilize Bluetooth audio so the Realme Buds always play sound after reconnecting:

    1. Confirm the buds are the active output each time they reconnect:
      • Select Start > Settings > System > Sound.
      • Under Output, select Headphones (realme Buds Wireless 5 ANC) so they become the default device.
      • If another device (for example, monitor or speakers) is selected, audio will not go to the buds.
    2. Re‑pair the Realme Buds cleanly:
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • Select the three dots () on realme Buds Wireless 5 ANC and choose Remove device.
      • Turn Bluetooth off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
      • Select Add device, choose Bluetooth, and pair the buds again.
    3. Set the audio format to a stable, high‑quality mode:
      • While the buds are connected, go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
      • Select the Realme buds, then Advanced sound properties.
      • Under Output settings, set Format to 2 channels, 16 bit, 48000 Hz (DVD Quality).
    4. Update the Bluetooth driver on the Lenovo:
      • Right‑click Start and select Device Manager.
      • Expand Bluetooth and right‑click the Bluetooth adapter (may include the word “radio”).
      • Select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software and complete the wizard.
      • Restart Windows and test reconnecting the buds several times.
    5. Make sure Windows is fully updated and restart once more:
      • Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update and select Check for updates.
      • Install all available updates, restart, and test again.

If the issue persists after these steps, check the Realme documentation to confirm the buds support the A2DP profile and install any firmware updates available for the buds.
