Sorry, I have no further suggestions except this is the URL I end up at, try that:

Hello, I hope this finds you well.
I am attempting to contact Credential support but am finding it challenging. I have tried using several devices, two different computers + a phone, but none of them are working per the instructions. I've tested from my home internet and also while connected to cellular service. I tried while signed into my learning profile directly, and also the linked work profile, but I never see option to submit a training or credential support request.
I am trying to follow the instructions here, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help, but when trying to click the 'aka.ms/credentialsupport' link from Step 1 of the 'How to submit a support request' portion of the page,
I see a new tab open, several redirects/refreshes, then eventually I end up here with nothing pre-selected:
How can I submit a support request to the Credential team?
Thank you.

Thanks, Julian! The full URL was very helpful - somehow, the "/sapId/de16815f-2fa5-576e-4946-70cae21a4eeb" portion was getting dropped on my end. Once I added that part in, the form auto-filled the Microsoft Credential option.
Hi, Julian,
Thank you for your prompt response. I've tried doing this but I am not having any luck.
In a private Edge browser, I navigated to engagehub.microsoft.com. I created a new account. While still signed into the new account, I tried navigating directly to 'https://aka.ms/credentialsupport' but I saw the same behavior as before - the page appears to redirect several times, then I end up on the request submission portal with nothing pre-selected.
I cannot search the list to find Microsoft Credential as an option per your screenshot... do you have any other workarounds I can try?
Thanks again, take care,
Kris
You need to create an account on the Engage Center Hub first and then use the direct link https://aka.ms/credentialssupport and the first drop-down will be fixed to Microsoft Learning
