I lost my email and mobile i used to register in microsoft certification how to transfer or recover account?

Hi,

i used my email to register to mcitp that contains my certifications, unfortunately i lost the email and mobile phone when i went back to my home country. i was wondering how to recover my email and or transfer it to my new microsoft account?

i still know the email i used but forgot the password and recovery email is gone.

how can i recover this?
