Word Document not printing

I cannot print an existing Word Document. The printer will print a newly typed document. Excel and Powerpoint can be printed.

The user was able to print the whole document, when specifying that pages 1-2 were to be printed, nothing happened.

That was because the page numbering in the document was set to start at Page 47. To print just the first two pages of the document, it was necessary to specify that the pages to be printed were 47-48

    To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Does this happen to one specific Word file or all existing documents? If so, where did the file come from (email, download, OneDrive)?
    2. Do you get any error message when you try to print?
    3. When you press Ctrl + P, does the correct printer show?
    4. Can you try printing the same file to Microsoft Print to PDF, does it work?
